D’Grove Villas, a freehold high-rise condo in prime District 10, has once again been put up for en bloc sale, together with the asking price reduced to $392 million or $2,908 per sq feet per plot ratio (psf ppr).

Marketing representative Centaline Singapore initially introduced the property for collective sale in March, with a cost of $398 million.

Situated at 8A Orange Grove Road inside the Ardmore precinct, the 21-storey condo sits on a 50,400 sq feet website zoned residential under the 2014 Master Plan, using a 2.8 gross plot ratio, reported The Business Times.

Subject to the applicable authorities’ acceptance, the 45-unit advancement may be redeveloped to a 36-storey condo with a allowable gross floor space of 141,120 sq feet inclusive of balconies.
